So yeah, I'm back.

What happened?

I got hired to work on Planet-Shite in '18, which cut down my time on working on personal projects (which I didn't mind, as working on P-S was earning me quite some money.)

My laptop broke the same year in May, and because of this, most of my friendships (both online and offline) changed drastically, and I lost contact with my friends. I also 'left' DA in '19 after becoming fed up with the changes being made (i.e., eclipse), and just generally feeling that my relevance had run its course. My tumblr followed suit. Both of these accounts are still up for archival purposes, and for the off-chance that I feel I want to use them again.

I released my first album in December 2020 to no success (minus a few people who bought CDs and the brief moment where Two Dots went viral), but either way I was proud. It was the first collection of songs I had created without the involvement of Hitfactory (minus Do You Wanna Know, which they helped out with), Matt produced and mixed all the other songs, having to learn bass in the process!

After feeling a ton of guilt and heavy consideration I sent out several messages to those I was close to (online and offline), essentially apologising for my shitty behaviour.

I parted ways with Hitfactory in May '21 after being given an exciting offer for a different position in another place. The split was hard, however it was good to have a change.

Throughout '21-22 I was continuing to work on Planet-Shite and my other work simultaneously, which was tough, and dragged me away from working on music for a certain period of time.

While working on a project recently however, I logged back into NG to play a few games and rediscovered my love for the site.

What's next?

I'm hoping to release my second album around August time! It's themed around my past relationships and other fuck-ups (which includes my hectic digital footprint), as well as being my way of responding to claims about me which have circulated in the press for quite some time. Similar to the messages I sent out in '21, some of these tracks are also meant to serve as an apology for those who didn't get my paragraphs.

Four music videos will be released for four tracks, including a bonus regal-themed single. Another video for one of the Sidney tracks will be out soon, too.
